旅美好手王建民的好投，有機會為他爭回先發位
置。明星紀事報引述洋基隊總教練吉拉迪的話指出，如果左投派提特下一場無法上場，王
建民在台北時間4日可以取代先發。
洋基隊今天雖然敗給印地安人隊，但王建民3局無失分的表現令人印象深刻。紐澤西州的
明星紀事報就指出，儘管洋基隊敗給印地安人隊，但王建民的表現，可以說是傷癒復出之
後最佳的演出。
王建民表示，每一次都有愈來愈好的趨勢，而今天的球速也已經達到94哩，是一項具有鼓
勵作用的指標。
吉拉迪則認為王建民今天的伸卡球，就是他想要的，而也確信王建民已經完全克服了傷痛
。他並指出，如果左投派提特的下背部傷勢沒有好轉，王建民可能站上先發位置。
如果派提特沒問題，王建民也有可能在下一次取代休斯的先發位置，但吉拉迪強調，一切
都沒有做成最後的決定。
今天與王建民搭配的捕手塞爾維利也說，王建民今天的伸卡球十分出色，已經是百分百的
狀態。
洋基隊專欄作家亞伯拉罕在部落格中引述王建民的話指出，他現在如果有機會先發，至少
可以投80球，而且接下來就能達到先發100球的標準。
亞伯拉罕在部落格上文字直播時也質疑吉拉迪在9局下換上柯克取代王建民的調度，亞伯
拉罕認為，王建民已經3局無失分，為什麼不讓王建民繼續投下去？
而取代王建民站上先發的休斯，此役表現則不算理想，投5局被敲出5支安打，失4分，而
且面對的還是少了塞茲摩與打擊率高達3成5的馬丁尼茲；亞伯拉罕認為，這樣的表現並不
